Meet the Principal
Principal Andrew Freza
Welcome to Mount View Youth Service Center! It is a great honor and privilege to serve our students, staff, families and community.
My continued goal is to create a learning community where students feel safe and respected as individuals. Empowering and equipping students with skills to succeed both academically and socially in high school is essential. I believe that positive relationships based upon mutual respect are the foundation for all students to succeed.
Mount View Youth Service Center maintains high expectations, academic excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement. We believe that family and community partnerships are essential to a student’s academic and personal success. Connected, supported and proud are the three pillars of our learning community and it is our goal to ensure all students feel connected to our school community, supported with appropriate resources and proud to be a part of Mount View Youth Service Center.
During my 24-year education career, I am most proud of the work that our Mount View Team has accomplished together through shared leadership, collective efficacy and the belief that all students can be successful.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the mountains, listening to music and cooking. My wife, Sarah, and I have two wonderful daughters, Grace and Abigail.
